L'oaisis 餐廳位於Mandelieu-La Napoule, 離坎城不遠。這次會選擇此餐廳的2個因素是, 一來離老公的叔叔及堂妹家近, 可以順道去拜訪; 二來   想說此餐廳20年來一直都維持著2顆星, 想嚐嚐它們高穩定品質。品嚐後已經在期待下一次的拜訪! 

Restaurant L'Oasis is located in Mandelieu-La Napoule, not far from Cannes.  Two reasons we chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary because it is not far from hubby's uncle and cousin's places, we can visit them afterwards.  Also they have maintained 2 Michelin stars for 20 years,  I wanted to savour their secrets of success.

Here are some photos from our recent dining experience.  We really enjoyed our meals and I am already planning our next visit!

* Landes is famous for its poultry; the free range chicken from Landes are my preference, apart from poulet de Bresse which is more for special occasions.

* 當老公給我吃一塊此菲力時, 它就像奶油般在嘴中消失; 用完餐後當主廚一一致敬時, 我原打算問牛肉的產地, 但我除了和主廚表示了我對麵包沾醬的一點意見外, 主廚反問我來自哪...閒談後, 牛肉被我拋在腦後...直到臨走前, 主廚為表示我提出的意見做些小表示, 送了我一本餐廳的書, 在車上一翻, 果不其然, 神戶和牛!

Mocha & chocolate tart
Love this tart, rich in coffee aroma, surprisingly light mouse and tart pastry.  I regret not having a second choice, lime and basil tart!

摩卡巧克力塔咖啡味非常濃郁, 慕斯清爽, 塔皮也不膩; 後悔沒像鄰桌那位老太太選了4大塊甜點, 真的很佩服法國人吃甜點的功力!
